Scott is a thirty-year veteran of software architecture and engineering with deep roots in the Microsoft stack, data warehousing, and enterprise web applications. He has designed and built systems at scale for organizations across multiple industries — from large retailers and logistics providers to healthcare and financial services clients.
His current focus is on AI-augmented development workflows and modern cloud-native architecture. He developed the story-driven-ai methodology — a structured framework for integrating AI into software development without sacrificing quality, accountability, or developer judgment. He is equally at home designing a dimensional data warehouse, leading a platform modernization, or building a full-stack web product from scratch.
Tammy brings nearly twenty years of hands-on expertise in the Medicare insurance industry and enterprise asset management software. She has worked across broker management, enrollment operations, client retention, and Medicare compliance — and she understands the regulatory and operational realities that technology often fails to account for.
Her SAP Asset Performance Management (APMe) background adds a rare operational dimension to GCP's technical capabilities — a fluency in how large organizations manage complex assets, data, and workflows. Tammy leads domain discovery, requirements validation, and user acceptance testing for GCP engagements, ensuring that what gets built is actually what the business needs.
